The AEHC Handbook is a guide for counties, AEHC executive committee, and state committees. The handbook was updated in 2002 and each county received two red notebooks containing updates, one for the Council President and the other for the County Office use. Yearly revisions will be listed in the front of the handbook on the web. President and State officers should pass the book to their successors.

There are no extra copies. The handbook will be updated each year on the AEHC Website. You may download any of the information.
