  • Rather than being responsible for bringing a table decoration, each county is asked to send $10 to Betty F. Oliver by April 9. Check payable to AEHC Yell County EHC will make all the table decorations for the gala night celebration.

  • Tuesday, June 5, will be a time for clubs/councils to demonstrate its heritage and creative skills/crafts. There will be no charge for demonstration booths. If you plan to demonstrate and/or sell items, the booth is still free. If you plan to only sell, there will be a $30 rental fee. All this will take place in Hall A. To rent a table ($15), contact Peggy Barnett, 501-623-9592, pegbarn99@hotmail.com, or Kaye Green, 870-692-5695, kayegreen@yahoo.com.

  • For cultural arts, each county is asked to bring a doll (15” – 22” tall – no Barbies) dressed in an American period costume from 1912 to 2012. Deliver your doll to Room 201 on Tuesday morning. It will be for display only; it is not a competition. The doll does not have to be new. Please attach a label with your county name and year of dress. You can pick up your doll on Wednesday afternoon. (You may want to use your doll for a prize or silent auction from your county.)

  • Bring your silent auction items to Room 205 on Tuesday morning from 8:00 a.m. until noon, and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Hours for Wednesday are 8:30 a.m. until noon (bidding will end). Pick up is 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. Wednesday.

  • Project books will be on display in Room 201.

  • Curtain calls will be in Room 202. Books with 100 Crafts will be for sale. If your county has not given a craft with instructions, please bring one to the March meeting at Ferndale or send to JoAnn Carr, 106 Stone Drive, White Hall, 71602, lcarr10606@aol.com.

  • Water stations will be available.
