2008 Annual State Meeting

"Share the Gift of EHC" the theme of 2008 AEHC Annual State Meeting at the Hot Springs Convention Center on June 10 – 12, 2008. The Austin Hotel is the headquarters hotel. The committee has planned great classes, and we are looking forward to a record attendance.

Anna Bennett, Vice-President is chair of the Awards Luncheon. Each county should bring a "theme" table decoration/door prize for a centerpiece. Bring your centerpiece to Horner Hall Tuesday when you register. The centerpiece will serve as door prizes on the last day.

Please Note:

• Delegates must pre-register for all How To, Subject Matter, and Education classes they wish to attend (select 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice).
• Spouses are encouraged to attend.
• To schedule a county meeting during the state meeting, contact Elaine Stoll at mes47Ar@yahoo.com or sign up in the information room.
• Deadline is May 1, 2008. There is a $5.00 late fee added to all late registrations.
